Chef Ensan Wong, Culinary Director
Chef Ensan Wong combines Michelin-starred training, international culinary experience, and a passion for hospitality to create an exceptional dining experience at Villa Marin. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris, he has trained under world-renowned chefs including Alain Ducasse and Yannick Alléno and has worked with acclaimed culinary institutions such as Hôtel Le Meurice and The French Laundry.
Today, Chef Ensan leads Villa Marin's dining program with a focus on fresh ingredients, innovative menus, and creating memorable experiences that bring residents together around the table. His leadership is palatable, as he inspires our culinary progam to the next level of excellence.
